What makes you different from other therapy providers?

We are the only place in the area that provides all of the therapies and has the therapists working and communicating together with each other and your family. We have state of the art technology so that you and the therapists can stay informed on a daily basis of your child’s progress and information.

What services do you provide?

We provide ABA Therapy, and Speech Therapy all in on well organized and well designed collaborative therapeutic environment All of these therapies are provided by certified professional licensed therapists

How much does it cost?

The majority of the costs of your child’s therapies will be covered by your insurance company. Each policies deductible and coinsurance differ based on your individual policies benefit summary.  A representative from MFT will be more than happy to take the time to verify your benefits and explain the exact out of pocket costs that you will incur for your child’s therapies.

Can you diagnose my child?

We can refer you to a qualified psychologist, neurologist, or developmental pediatrician if you do not already have a qualifying diagnosis.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we accept most private insurances.

We are an In Network Provider of ABA Services for United Healthcare, Optum Behavioral Health, Cigna Behavioral Health, Aetna, and Magellan Behavioral Health.

We work with all out of network insurances as well.

We do not accept Medicaid, Med-Waiver, MediPass, CMS or Healthy Kids.

Do you offer financing for out of pocket charges?

We do our best to work with our clients and their individual financial situations to ensure that services are not interrupted.

Do we need a referral to receive therapy?

A physician’s referral or prescription is needed for occupational therapy services.

Your insurance company requires proof of diagnosis prior to seeking authorization for therapies.  Proof of diagnosis may be a diagnosis letter from your pediatrician, neurologist, psychologist, or neuropsychologist.  Some insurance companies may require proof of a complete evaluation such as ADOS or ADIR assessments.

What ages to you provide therapy for?

0-18 years of age.

Do you provide services outside of the therapy center?

Yes we provide ABA services in the home, at school and in the community.
